Sauce Pet Bottle Filling, Capping and Labelling

Sauce filling machine is used for filling and capping of viscous sauces to cups. Today,

tastes of the people differ from each other and thus most of the consumers preffer their

food along with several sauces. The machines used to fill these sauces to plastic bottles,

glass bottles and jars are generally called as sauce filling and labelling machine.

completed are produced in a fastest way in accordance with the production line status and goes

through several testings before pet bottle filling machine is shipped to the customer.

Operating Principle

Pet bottles which are located on a linear conveyor or a rotary table manually or by means of

robot sequencers are subjected to filling by nozzles with defined quantities in accordance with

the filling capacity. After the completion of sauce filling process, capping is applied to the bottles

by the help of a vibration machine.

If required; capped pet bottle sauces are labelled by the labelling machine located at the end

of the line. After this, they are collected in the collecting tray.
